Venezia Auto Group - Ron Venezia - Tony Venezia ripoff SOLD ME JUNK! Deceptive Fraudulent

I purchased a pick up truck from Ron and Tony Venezia of Venezia Auto group. The truck never even made the trip home! The transmission lines were so corroded they fell apart losing fluid and damaged the transmission.

While in the shop the mechanics, when asked to, couldn't put an inspection sticker on it because the Ball joint were so bad! So were the wheel hubs, infact they were so corroded they had to cut them out! That was $1600.00 just to pass inspection.

When I got the car back it still made a crunching noise, and wasn't the transmission. Turns out the rear was bad too!

So on my way to a dealer for a second oppinion the car dies at 55 mph. Again it needed towed. Turns out the rear and ignition were bad. That cost another $3300.00. On top of this the windshield gasket Blows out at 55mph! Power steering leaks too.

When approached for a reasonable resolution the only thing they had to offer was profanity, and " I don't want to talk to you". They put 3000 miles on that truck while in their lot, worked on it, and had it for 5 months. They knew full well it was junk. They knew I needed a reliable truck and fraudulently covered up the flaws just to unload their junk!

They are shameless, dishonest, don't back their sales and don't deserve to be in business with the ethics they displayed. Don't risk being a victim like me. Buy from someone who sells quality and stand behind their product!
