Sales rip-off! They sold me a truck with a prexisting problems when they told me nothing was wrong with it

Tony sold me a 98 explorer in April. After I signed the contract and attempted to drive off, I noticed that the check engine light was on. Tony came out and hooked the truck up to a device that made the light go off... However on my way home it came back on so I called him. He promised me it was nothing more than a sensor and he'd get it to a transmission shop to have it checked. (I didn't pay that any attention at the time but it's weird huh?)

He didn't it checked. After many phone calls and problems I had to pay $1,600.00 to have the transmission rebuilt! Now him and his boss Steve pretend to know nothing of the pre-existing problem or agreement to have it checked at a shop by Tony. During this time I've also had the brakes done (all around), (2) idle motor replaced and two sensors replaced... What a piece of junk!
