I can't believe a reputable company like Liberty Mutual employs such incompetence in there professional staff. Dealing with a person who's IQ hovers somewhere around 80 is amazing that he walks upright in today's society.

Mr. Pauciullo talks 2 sides of his face, one when he talks to you and the other when it's behind your back. Rude and insensitive doesn't even begin to describe his idiotic nautre of dealing with people. He needs new people skills. Get some help Frank... You need it!
