Liberty Mutual Doesn't want to help anyone

I discovered a leak coming from my ranch home into my crawspace on Sunday night September 26th. After doing some checking It looked like my hot water tank had been leaking for awhile and caused some water damage. I then called Liberty mutual at 11:30 sunday evening and was told to get some estimates and fax over and that a Customer rep would be calling me after 7:30 am on Monday the 27th. At about noon, I realized that I had not heard from anyone at liberty mutual and took it upon myself to start getting estimates for the water damage. I had a restoration company come out and start their drying process. Then comes moday and I still had not heard from anyone from at Liberty Mutual so I went ahead and had my hot water tank replaced and continued to allow the emegergency service team start continue with their drying process. Tuesday went by and still no phone call from my Insurance company. Finally on wednesday I called them myself, then I was told that the damage would not be covered due to it being pre exisiting and was even laughed at after I expressed my opinions on how they operate. I will never do buisness with Liberty Mutual again and will never recommend again.By the way I am still waiting on a phone call from the claims mgr.
