Ripoff took my down payment along with three months of payments bad title no tag reposession

I purchased a ford expedition from Bob Morris Auto Sales, from Corey and Scott Morris. Bob Morris is the father and owner. I made every payment that was due, when it was due, I was given the run around about the tag and title transfer so for two months I had no tag and couldnt drive the car. I bought it on November 30th and to this date February 20th I still havnet seen a tag. On saturday my payment was due, I attemped to make the payment and they (Corey and Scott Morris refused to accept the payment. On sunday they had the car reposessed.

The tag office told me it was not legal to issue more than one temporary tag and they offered me one two additional times. I didnt have a problem with them until I started inquiring about the tag and title and suddenly I was a problem for them and they took my money and the car and pretty much told me to just deal with it. I even attempted to make yet another payment on the car on sunday once I found out they picked up the car and Scott still refused the payment. This company is so cruel and cold hearted. I was told the father retired, I dont know if he even knows about this and if so would he be proud of his two sons??? I tend to think he may be a better person. The two sons will be very bad for the business he has established in the company. I am taking this to court and was told by them good luck. I have cancer and have been very ill but still managed to keep up my payments cause I needed this vehicle to go to all my appointments, It was the only car I had and now I will be on public transportation. I just cant see how they can take my down payment and all the payments made and then just decide to take the car for no good reason. Be aware, My pleas wont stop here...
