Servicing ripoff rude dishonest nobody knows who is doing what!

I have been with Drive for a little over a year now and have had numerous calls from them (I was late due to the fact that I was injured at work 3/05 and was and still am off work) however, my payments are now current after much debate with several different people over there, I was told I could defer a payment and then told that they dont do that, then told that they are only doing it for Katrina victims (I can respect that) and the list goes on, I caught up the payments and they are STILL calling me, last night they called and wanted to know when I was going to send them $1029. XX for the toyota corolla that i have financed through them! I dont have (nor have i ever) a toyota corolla!!! Not to mention that I saw in another posting that they called "references" and told them how bills arent being paid and gave personal information, they did the same thing to me, WITH MY 84 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER, who stressed about the call so badly (the payments were already caught up) she almost had another heartattack from the stress, and that was one of the several calls they made to her. I will gladly participate in a class action suit against these people. That is why we have laws to govern these types of activities! Please let me know how I can help!!!
