Ripoff

We had our oil changed in our 2002 Crysler Voyager minvan back in July. We recently took it back to Wal-Mart in Colton to have it chnged again Sunday February 5. (I know it's been almost seven months but we haven't had a chance becuase of our busy schedules.) Anyway, we were reluctant to go back to Rialto Wal-Martt becuase they left oil, grease, boot prints, and finger prints all over the inside of our interior and steering wheel. Fortunately the District Manager was there to kiss our butts and cleaned up the entire thing himself.

When we took it to Colton, we waited for almot 2 hours for the "technician" to tell us that the drain plug was rounded off and he couldn't do the oil change. After saying a few choice words out loud in the store, we took it back to the Rialto WalMart. The manager was gone, however the service manager was there to help.

After waiting another 2 hours for them to get the car in, he argued with us that it has been 7 months since our last oil change. We argued back saying the drain plug doesn't round itself off after 7 months. It doesn't do that by itself. After the pulled the car into the bay, we heard him down there banging on the oil pan with a sledge hammer.

Which wasn't much of a suprise to use when he told that he couldn't get it loose and couldn't remove it. Now we are stuck waiting for one of their insurance monkeys to call us and tell us that there's nothing can do because we waited 7 months between oil changes. I will never go back to WalMart for any auto maintenance ever again. Anyone who does needs to have their head examined.
