Manager Ripoff Geico is a very dishonest company

I paid my insurance premiumn, and for some odd reason they said that I had given them an account number that was missing a number, but being with Geico Company for the past 4 years, I know that they have my account info documented, when I found out there was a mistake and that my payment was not accepted I turned around and corrected the mistake and made my payment.

I called Geico and was getting ready to make another payment and they informed me that my insurance policy was cancelled. I know by law that they can not cancell you for nonpayment untill 30 days after nonpayment.

Geico had cancelled me within 7 days after my last payment. I spoke with a manager by the name of Heather Meres and she told me that they sent me a cancellation notice and I never recieved it.

I have called them an enourmous amount of times and have asked for them to send me copies of the documentation of the cancalation notice and I still have not recieved any form of proof that the cancellation notice had been sent to me. I have asked for all documentation to be sent including all stated notes that I have called and ask them for these papers.

Again I called geico and again spoke with Heather Meres and she told me she had sent me all the documentation from them, she said she mailed them out on Dec 13, here I still have not recieved any forms of documents from them, so I called back almost 2 weeks ago and she stated she would remail everything and here we go again, nothing from Geico as of today which is Jan 14.

I am fed up with Geico for cancelling my insurance policy for no non payment and I cant get the proper help from anyone at that company, I only get the run around from them.

All I want is my insurance premium sent back to me, for
$272.00 for reinstating my insurance coverage, since they cancelled my policy before 30 days of non payment, 7 days is not the alloted time by law.
