Dodge Avenger Spark Plug Repair Fails Under 40,000 Mile Warranty

My sister recently bought a Dodge Avenger from Car-Mart. She got the 40,000 mile warranty. All was good until one day one of the spark plugs blew out. She took it to them and they put heli coils in it. Anyone who knows anything about cars knows that will not work.

When it happened again, she took the car to them and they plugged it into a diagnostic machine. I do not know why they did that, because it is totally irrelevant to the problem at hand. Oh yes, I do know. It was because they charged her 45 dollars to do it.

So far they have been very rude and unhelpful. The people who work there have no business doing so. I am sure they are just waiting for the warranty to run out. Do not buy a car from Car-Mart!
