Sold a $9,000 Car Later Found to Have Salvage Title

I purchased a car from Car-Mart for $9,000, a nice-looking car but not a nice-working car. Two weeks after I purchased the car, I called the manager of the store and told him that I already had a problem with it. I already had a 4,000-mile warranty, so he fixed it. It was not until that time that he said, by the way, he had been going to call me and tell me that he had recently found out that the car I bought had previous damage. He did not tell me that it was on the title, or that it was seriously damaged enough to have a salvage/junk title.

After that everything started to fall apart on the car. I eventually ran a Carfax on it and found out that the car had a salvage/junk title. I tried to work something out with him, but he is not dealing fairly, and he is just trying to make more and more money. Their motto is "committed to you" and they say they provide affordable cars for working folks. If the car is always broken down, how can we work? These people will let you get a car too easily. I knew that it was too good to be true!
