Rip-Off for an old broken down ca

I bought a Mercedes from Don Herring Mitsubishi. The car stopped in the middle of the road after the first day, I took it in and they said they didnt find any problems. This went on for two more days, after in which they took the vehicle to look at it. I just found out that it has a gas leak, and also that it sat up at there dealership for three months. I said well ill just take another car because i dont want that one, and the GM has insisted that i take this car.

I havent driven this car but for three days. The tires went flat, lights dont come on and the car stops. I need a car and im not saying that i dont want a car because i do but i am being made to get this car. I also talked to the Bank and the Loan hasnt even funded yet. I even told them that i would pay for the work they did, but just give me another car. But they will not so help
