Mitsubishi Motors Credit Of America A Detriment Ripoff That Is Causing Thousands Of Dollars On a Car That Mitsubishi Motors Is Not Making anymore

The situation is that I went to Sport Mitsubishi Dealer following a false advertise of 0 down, 0 payments, 0 interest for a year, to get a new car. Not knowing that all this "0" were going to be put on a HUGE loan amount that the car value is not even close to. What is even worst is that Mitsubishi Motors knew in advance that this Mirage ES models were not longer be make I guess because their POOR value in the market.

I was told by the manager at this store in Nov. that the next year I was welcome to come back and refinance with Mitsubishi motors, or switch to another vehicle that I want it with no problems. That was a BIG lie by this salesman. Now, MMCA said that I have to go to my local bank or credit union to refinance.

Every time I go to another dealership to give my car on traid in they always tell me that I got to put down a tremendous amount of $, because my pay off is 12k and the car value is 3k. This is very unfair what those people did to me. Please, I need help to get out of this situation, because i do not want to damage my credit, hoping that they did not mess with it already. Please give me some advises on this situation, I know I am not the only one going thru this.
