I bought some goods from the Phillipines but never got them.
I contacted Xoom and got automated response. I wrote them again and this time they said rep would call me. Never did.
I CALLED THEM!
They said we take NO RESPOSIBILITY and can not help.
I thanked them for helping to RIP A CHARITY.
They are only interested in charging the sender for their services.
SINCE THEY TOOK MONEY FROM ME I FEEL THAT THEY ARE AN ACCOMPLICE TO THIS RIPOFF!
