On December 03rd 2005 i bought a Chrystler town and country from auto finders of va. On tuesday december 06 the car broke down. I took the car into the dealer for repairs. On wednesday December 07th the car was giving the same problems so i called and Justin the owner of virginia autofinders of va told me to take it back to there mechanic at D&a mechanics. They said they fixed the problem.

Thurdays dec 08 the car broke down again. I called the mechanic they told me to bring the car back to them they'll put it on the diagnostic machine. The mechanic said it needed a tune up but he had to call Justin first to see if he was going to pay for the parts he needed to fix the vehicle. Justin said we would go half and half to get the car fixed but the mechanis didnt get the parts to the end of the work day.

The mechanic called my fiance Vivian Brathwaite and said we can pick up the car and drive it for the weekend it would last just bring it back on monday. December 12th on friday night we picked the car up for the mechanic. While driving home to car started to smoke and leak what i beleave to be transmission fluid.

My fiance called justin at approximately 12.30 am and left a mesg on Justins voice mail. On saturday December 10th about 10.45 am justin came to look at the car said he would take it to another mechanic that he has. Ive called justin Numerous times he has not help me with my problem he just blew me off.

I have 2 young children and a sick mother in law. I have no way of getting around and justin told me its not his problem. I also ask for my money back. He said i cant get it back. I asked can i used the money for another car he said no thats the car i purchased. Ive had to beg neighbors and friend for ride to work and store over the last for days.

I called Justin today and his reply to me was i dont have to call his phone that much when he hears some thing he will call me not to call him anymore. I Explained to him my son has doctors appoinments he said that not his businesss. Im stuck i could lose my job and means to support my family please help me
