SCAM ripoff

On Nov 4 I called autotransport and I received an auto quote for $590 to ship my car from NJ to. I was told I had to put down half and the rest when I receive my vehicle. So the lady charged my cc $295 and said I will receive my paperwork in the mail.

I happened to look at my bank statement and noticed that they charged my cc twice for $295. So I just thought it was an honest mistake so I called and told them that I was charged twice. That is when the drama started. I was told that they don't do it like that and I have to pay the full amount.

I told them that I didn't authorize them to debit my cc for the second amount. I asked to speak to the manager and that is when GREG got on the phone. He was so rude to me and I asked if I could cancel and he told me he didn't want to ship my damn vehicle.By then my car was already picked up. My vehicle was picked up on 17 Nov 05 and I still have not got yet. Everytime I call they tell me next week. Right now I am in a bad place cause I don't know where my car is.

If any one can help me I am stationed here at macdill please contact me by using the rebuttal box below. The one thing I can say I didn't do was sign the contract. The only reason why I never did was because they already picked the car up. I figured if they needed it that bad they would have picked up my car. I can say they picked my car up on time but as of right now I don't know where my car is. I am going call again later and ask where my car is since it was to early at 1053 when i called the first time.
