Ripoff by not sending parts when promised

I contacted S & J Auto Parts on November 18th to buy a 1992 power antenna for my Saab convertible. I was excited they had one available. The man said it would be shipped out in a few days. Well, it is December 12th and I still haven't received my part even though they have promised it several times.

I tried to email them to cancel my order today and the email came back as non-deliverable. I will send them a certified letter in the morning cancelling my order. If I don't receive my refund within 30 days, per their agreement with my credit card company, my credit card company will step in and file the necessary grievances to retreive the money they took on the day I called in my order.

I wish I had checked out this web site BEFORE I placed my order with them. I obviously never would have done business with them and I hope someone else benefits from this story.
