Warranty ripoff

I purchased a Nissan Xterra from Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis in February.in September I ran into a problem with the spare tire. I rode it off of a curb and the spare tire fell off, just fell off. I called the dealership to see if this would be covered in my warranty and they said that it wouldnt be a problem and at the same time I was having problems with the antitheft device that they sell to you that prevents your car from starting without the owners keys. I take it in and I was informed that they actually had to order parts in order to replace the tire and that they had fixed the antitheft system. A couple of days later I come back with the same problems that I was having with the antitheft device and now the service engine light is on also. On this day I was notified that the parts had come in and that they could put the spare tire back. I leave my car there and when I came back they told me that the reason my engine light was on was because of a cracked evaporator or something like that and that they told me that it wasnt covered in the warranty because the reason it was cracked was that I ran into something, which I clearly did not.By the time I was told that nothing that they did would be covered by the warranty, everything was done and I was stuck with a bill of $454, or so. They didnt ask me for consent to put the parts in or anything like that which I thought they would have to do when the cost would be out of pocket, especially such a large amount. I was told that nothing would be covered in the warranty, not the spare tire or the cracked evaporator because I ran into something when I didnt run into something, I wasnt doing anything that the Xterra couldnt handle or doing anything crazy, I just drove it off a curb after I washed it. Now I'm stuck with a $454 bill which Iam refusing to pay and they told me that they will take further action to collect this debt. Am I wrong? I have the Gold Coverage service plan which I payed a good amount of money for and thus far is proving to be worthless. Who can I contact to report this wrongdoing? Please somebody help me.
