On July 26th I requested a new motor put in my vehicle.

I was quoted a turn around time of 14-21 days. The total price was $2,866.25. I paid the required $800 deposit on 7/26

. My vehicle was not ready until 9/23. On that date I paid the remaining balance of $2066.25

I drove the vehicle fifty miles the engine started knocking and it died.

After I made seven phone calls to the repair shop, I had the vehicle towed to fairway Chevrolet.

I found out the vehicle had a blown head gasket. On 9/30 the vehicle was returned to American engine installation to repair the head gasket.

I picked the vehicle up on 11/21 drove it three miles and the knocking from the engine started again.

I have been going to American engine I installation at least three times a week for the last four months to get some type of resolution, but none has happened.

During this four month period I have accumulated $2800 in rental car fees.

I have receipts to show for this also.

The engine was $900, installation was $1700, the vehicle needed a new cylinder head which was $150
