Ripoff horrible coustomer service after the sale

10/05 we bought a 2006 Jacyco tent trailer from Dan Gamel.

That was our first mistake. On or first outing wich was the weekend after we brought it home we found several problems. Water leaks, torn cushions, and worst of all the door that fits in the frame when the tent is raised has a gap about 1" wide.

We brought it in for service and the trailer was not fixed! The service writer never returns your phone calls.
We returned again after our second outing for the same problem. Again no repairs were made.

We then insisted on dan gamel picking our trailer up and fixing it. At that time they fixed our water leak so they say I had to fix it myself. The cushons were taken from another trailer and thrown on the floor and stepped on repeatedly. Large shoe prints!

I insisted they pick it up again and repair it or I was going to contact a Lemon Law attorney. They picked it up again and it's still on their lot today still not fixed.

Then they called us and told us that the problem exist with the manufactuer, That they say the gap is normal. It doesn't matter that we had to stuff foled towels in the gap to keep the cold breeze out.

Aat this stage they offered to give us our money back if we would agree to get something else.

Wwe went to there store and picked out a used class c motor home. They said the would get us around the same payment we have now, only they forgot to tell us that the only coaches in that price range had alot of miles on them and they were falling apart.

Now we are back to the begining, getting our trailer fixed... Good luck!!!
