Kait Plumbing Sold me a vehicle without disclosing that it had dangerous engine damage (it failed) and was a gross polluter ripoff

Advertised a vehicle online for sale. I came to look at the vehicle and was not told all of the problems that the vehicle had. I drove the car home and the engine failed because they didn't tell me that it had a blown head gasket. The head then failed and major damage was done because I had driven it. Cost of the repairs was more than I paid for the vehicle.

Also when I went to the DMV to transfer the ownership I was informed that I needed to have it smog checked. I had it tested (not knowing that this was the previous owner's responsibility) and it failed as a gross polluter with a quoted 600 in repair costs to pass it, I called and my calls were not returned.

They were deceptive a knowingly sold me a vehicle knowing it was dangerous to drive. Previous owner is a liar and a cheat!
