Quoted me one price, then doubled the price after they finished the job Ripoff

I got a quote on how much it would cost to install a pair of rear shocks in my Cadillac Eldorado. Since they did not have the shocks in stock, they said I could bring my own and they would install them for $60. I brought the car down, in less than an hour the shocks were installed. When I was ready to pay, the manager said it would be $100. I said I was quoted $60, and he said his shop has a minimun charge of $100. I protested, but he wouldn't budge on this. This is absolute theft! I could not get the my car unless I paid him his "minimum fee". I think I may cancel the credit card payment, or see if I can contact the Midas corporate customer service division.
