G & C Transport
Ripoff, scam, not willing to pay their claims, very rude

I had G & C Transport Pick up my car from Phoenix AZ to deliver Oak Lawn, IL on August 27, Before the car was delivered I had received a call from Wayne from G & C and said that the car took a little longer because they had an accident and to make some repairs on the trailer.

When the delivered my car, the car was dented and scraped on the left side of the front bumper which I explained to the person who dropped off the car, I told him this was not damaged when you picked up the car and I wrote it down on the piece of paper I signed. I asked if the company was going to take care of it and they said yes.

I kept trying to contact this person and was able to find out the name of their insurance company and I sent them an estimate along with a letter, no response...

I finally after two months of trying to get a hold of the person at G & C talked to this person Gary who is the owner of the company. Not only was he very rude over the phone but also stated that he was not responsible for the damage and there was nothing he could do about it.
