On july 30, this year coming soon transport delivered a van from florida to my home in upstate new york. The vehicle was damaged during transport. After going through all the steps an insurance claim which included a private estimate and an estimate from the transport company's own insurance adjuster for $965.00 I am unable to reach coming soon transport on the phone. I believe they screen their calls with caller I.D. And don't answer any call that involves a claim. The insurance adjuster told me they have two other claims against this company. This company should NEVER be considered to move ANYTHING! They are dishonest, unprofessional and in my opinion CRIMINAL!
