A AAAdvantage Auto Transport
Ripoff Irreponsible, money hungry and careless with my vehicle

I contracted A AAAdvantage in August via another broker National Moving Network, but at the time I did not know I was dealing with brokers and sub-brokers. I gave them my car with a bumper free of scratches and got my car back with a huge deep scratch on the bumper.

I took pictures of my car before it left my parking lot but that did was not enough for my claim because in the contract it states that they are not responsible for damages that ocurr while the car is being transported. But, they never physically transport vehicles so they are never responsible.

I spoke to the claims rep-mind you-he already knew that the claim would be denied (as per the contract) and he still had me fill out a claim form to later deny it because of the reasons I stated above. I got in contact with the towing garage "Brights Auto Transport" in Fontana, California which stored my vehicle and the owner was also denying that my vehicle was damaged there, but he said he would talk to A AAAdvantage because they were trying to blame him, but A AAAdvantage washed their hands from my case-accepting no responsibility for the damage.

The owner at Brights tried to get me to feel sorry for him so that I wouldn't sue him for the damages, but I persisted because of the sneakiness of this individual. Every estimate I gave him was always too high and he kept insisting on getting one under $200. When I finally got an estimate under $200, he did not answer any of my calls.

This man was so slick that never once did he call me-because he did not want me to trace him-I was the one calling and emailing, but I saved all my emails. He was trying to by time by wasting my time. I will continue to pursue this because it's not about money, it's the principle.
