Sport Leasing Company, Sport Leasing Corp. Ripoff How Sport Leasing Ripped Me out of over $20,000.00

This how this company Rip-Me-Off when I purchased my car I had to put down 15,000.00 and my monthly payments were 595.00. I had been making my monthly payments every month and if I was late there was always contact between myself and my contact rep. (Sharlimar) we have always had friendly conversation in the last month I had feel behind in my payments Myself and Sharlimar talked made payment arrangments I called and asked her if the payment that was behind could be added to the end of the contract and she adviced me that no it could not that Sports didn't operate that way, it would have to be caught up so I aggreed to send her some post dated checks she agreed but there was a question of my insurance policy expiring I explained to her and another Rep name Alison my situation that I had lost hrs because of my son being ill and would be catching up and getting the insurance back in a few weeks, she told me that she had received the checks and would be depositing them on Wednesday but the loan would still be in default until the insurance was back in place.

Well my dream car was repossed on Wednesday, on Thursday morning (I know that I was the first caller) I called Sports to see what happened why was my car taken and we had just made payment arrangements Sharlimar told me that it was due to the insurance and that I would need to speak to Alison, spoke to Alison she told me why I told her that I would borrow the money to get the insurance and have my agent fax her a copy of the binder showing that the insurance was back on the car, all this was done within an hr or so my agent faxed the binder to Sports, I called Sports back to talked to Alison she tells me that she released the vehicle but that Sharlimar was holding the car, I get Sharlimar back on the phone and she goes on to tell me that she feels that its too much of a car for me and that I could not have the car back unless I purchased the lease out pay them in full another $20,000.00 and some change. I begged and plea to her that I had already given her my whole life savings couldn't they please do something else so that I could have my car back I offered to pay up the insurance for 6 month to 1 year if that what it took to get the car back since insurance was the only problem she still continue to tell me no that I would need to refi the loan with someone else, so I set out to that mission to find someone to buy out my lease, I search from California to Texas contacting different companies, which none of them could understand to why they would take the car over for something as small as insurance and not just purchase coverage and added it on to my monthly payments to cover their liability, So I did find companies that said yes that they would purchase the lease from Sports but when they ran my credit Sports had already put a repo on my profile within 2 days of taking the car (Sports had given, me a total of 10 days stright not business days to get the car refi) so now the people that would help me now couldn't because of the negitive mark that they had against me.

I contacted Sharlimar about the situation of the repo showing beause they have it showing on my credit as a repo which makes other comapnies think that its for non payment not just because of insurance and I asked her if she could report my monthly payments she tells me that the company does not report payments they only report if the lease defaults but she would email me a letter stating the fact of why the car was taken which she sent me a letter explanation and a copy of my payment history. Since then my 8 days has expired and I didn't get to get the car back and I have put down 15,000.00 at signing and have been RENTING a car for $595.00 per month from 12-04 / 09-05. Somone please help.
