I purchased a used car from this dealership in February of a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The cars are all "Carfax guaranteed", meaning that they checked with Carfax and the car is supposedly OK.

Since that time, I have spent over $1500 in car repairs, primarily to the AC system. But the big issue for me has been how the car handles. Several mechanics could not find anything wrong and that the car is properly aligned. I took it back to my family mechanic, who said the car had been hit and that there is frame damage, which explains the car handling poorly.

I recently contacted Good Carma on two occasions, and they will not respond to me. It seems to me that they feel that this is now my problem and I should have had a mechanic look at it. Well what about THEIR mechanic? How did he miss it? And if he didn't, why did they sell this car anyway?

It pains me because the owner is related to a friend of mine, who recommended them to me in the first place. Even he says I should go after them. All I want is for them to buy the car back at the payoff price, and take it off my hands. I'll get something a little more reliable.
