I should have "read the signs" on the car dealers face as I was signing on this contract. Me, barely 20 yrs. Old buying my first car-I didn't know squat about interest rates.By the way mine is 23.9%. I have always paid on time and sometimes over the minimum payment, until one and only one time last year. Since being late, these rude, inconsiderate "customer service" reps must not understand english. Im sure that in their job training their company protocol is:

1. Speak in a harsh, powerful manner to the customer. This makes the customer be very polite to you and beg for information.

2. Pretend to not hear what the customer is saying. For example, when customers call and ask for a brochure, consumer rights, their privacy practice or any info. About CPS, you say there is no information, only in the contract.

3. Play dumb. This irritates the customer and gives the staff at CPS funny stories to tell each other at lunch.

4. Speak in short sentences to the customer-This deprives the customer of information, therefore violating their human rights.

5. Know that all staff at CPS will eventually go to hell and burn up like shriveled ugly black hearted maggot demons.

6. Make sure the customer knows their place - if they do not catch on, continue to have a "ha ha ha, im making you mad aren't I" attitude.

7. Its ok to work in an unethical manner - CPS staff is covered by high priced fancy lawyers that can make anything look 100% legit.

8. One day there will be a class action lawsuit against CPS and we will get our pay back. Until then, look at the customers, they have little to none or bad credit-they can't afford lawyers... Who cares if we rip them off.

Ok, I've ranted and raved about this horrific company. If any lawyer is reading this, I have documentation from all transaction with this company. Im sure if a class action lawsuit is filed against this piece of s#$% company, then all parties involved will recieve their fair share of money back.
