Ripoff

Our vehicle was involved in an accident, and we purchase additional cat insurance (gap). The problem is thi: gap insurance is ready to finish my claim, but capitol one is not co-orporating with them to send the paper work that is needed to finish the claim. I can not mention the name of the individual i spoke with at the office in plano, texas. But, i can say she was not professional. I have received three letters all with interest occuring on the bal. Because capitol one won't, response to the gap insurance. If i have aditional insurance, why should i pay the balance? Mind you this balance is what is left after the vehicle which cause the accident paid their portion. My understanding is, when there is a balance the gap insurance picks up the different. I have received another letter, refering taking legal action against me. All i want is for someone at capitol one to response to the representative from gap insurance, i paid for this service. Who can help me.
