Unauthorized Insurance Charges and Garnished Wages on Old Card

I had received a Capital One card 8 yrs ago, I had to take a medical leave due to a back injury, I thought I had the disability insurance at least i was charged for it. They trumped up charges from 2 insurance co and 2 different online access accts along with over the limit charges and late charges because I refused to pay. When I did go back to work they had garnished my wages for over 3000.00 dollars i am still trying to recover my money so please beware! I have had no help whatsoever and believe it or not 2 more billings came in the mail from 2 more false cards from Capital One, a gold k-mart card and a master card, can someone help me here!!!
