Charged me for replacement of plastic in-take manifold and refused to give me a refund because my mileage is over 100,000 miles RIPOFF

After viewing your web site I realized that I had paid for the replacement of a plastic intake manifold which Ford knew was faulty from the day the put it in but had not warned me about in time for me to save myself a lot of grief.
I contacted the dealer and spoke to Mike Cucchiara who appeased me by saying the Ford representative would be in on Thursday and he would talk with him about my issue. I received a call back from Mike werein he informed me that Ford said it would not give me a refund since my car has over 100,000. At the time of replacement it had approximately 101,000 miles.
I believe that regardless of the miles, Ford knew this was a problem they created in this car and that eventually it would give out. I maintain that should have contacted me and replaced this part at their cost.
