Ripoff screwed up my account AFTER the car was purchased

This is just to inform anyone who is researching Mega Motors, Inc. And anyone who has issues with the company. The owner is Brad J Davis which they love to keep under raps. No one will give his name or who they work for. Just call and try it.

I had issues with the title not being put in my name. It took them 5 months. Legally, they have to have it done in 20 business days.

Payments were not posted to the account. I had all the receipts which I showed the repo guy when he TRIED to come get the car. Needless to say he couldn't take it. Then after talking to them and verifying all the receipts and payments, they still continued to call the house about past due payments. I wrote the BBB and got a response along with the payment history and the comments that had been noted on the account. I found that they had changed the declining balance 4 times the day I purchased the car after I had left and a few more times after that. At one point the declining balance went up instead of down after making a payment. I found that my account stated I owed $600 more than I was supposed to. They finally fixed that after 3 months of calls and a letter to the BBB.

After I got the response back from the BBB everything was finally settled. The employees there are rude, and treat people, not just us, but others as well, cruely. I have observed this just from sitting up there for a while. They even TOLD us "we don't want to see your d@m car up here again" which supposedly came from "HIGHER UP"! I would like for anyone reading this that has an account with Mega Motors, Inc. To keep a close eye on your payments, declining balance and be sure and keep all your receipts. It sure worked for me.
