I am filing a complaint against Andy's Autosport because they make a business of selling people incorrect parts and charging hefty fees to return them. I've spoken to numerous customer service people, most will not even give out a name, they usually won't connect me to a manager, and even when they do I get a voicemail that is never returned.

I've been told by no less than five csrs that their return policy is "No refunds ever" and that they customer service manager will not call me back because he "doesn't deal with this stuff." what stuff? Good customer service?

They sold me incorrect car seat covers, when I realized I cancelled the order, two days after I cancelled it they shipped it anyways and now want to charge me a 35% restocking fee, shipping and drop ship fees. It's been 36 days and I haven't even recieved a partial refund.

When I called today, the man on the phone kept trying to tell me I never ordered, after many requests to be transferred to a manager and twenty eight minutes, I got transferred three times and ended up at yet another voicemail. I have tried to speak to the general manager but no one will transfer me to him. I have been nothing but polite, patient, and friendly, and they have been nothing but rude, unknowledgeable, and still rude. I checked their website today, they are still listing the product I ordered as fitting my car, which it TOTALLY won't. They're just waiting for the next sucker to order it and send it back.

What a great racket, keep selling the exact same product over again. I'm currently being charged over forty dollars for nothing (if I get the $70.00 refund I was told I would get)

In the meantime, I am out $119.19 with nothing but bad service to show for it.
