Ripoff

After having extensive work done on my Van (complete brake job including new lines and all new parts... Oops had to take it back and have the brake lines flushed because they were so bad... Oops had to have the brake drums re done cause they were warped... Oops had to have the brake drums re done cause they were warped. That was not a typo error they had to do it 3 times to get them to work... Darn someone forgot to put the antifreeze in the new radiator... Even after being told that this company was ripping me off, I gave them another try.

They replaced my a/c but failed to replace the O rings, which were rotten... On my vacation trip to Texas I lost all the freeon and of course the air was no better than having a vent open.

I contacted A.S. S and was told to take it to the nearest ford dealer and have them call to authorize the work.
I took it in and the Service Department Manager said he would take a look at the a/c find out what was wrong with it and contact A.S.S.

Needless to say it cost me an additional $252.00 for the work on my van to have a/c... And A.S. S will not refund the money... According to them, on the bottom of my receipt it clearly states that in order for them to pay for the work, they must authorize it to be done and as far as they know no one called.

The ford dealership in Texas told me that they contacted A.S. S and that I would have to take it up with them for the refund.
