99.95 if for all 4 wheels that includes front and rear brakes, turning of rotors and drums, and bleeding the brakes. For 2 wheels its 59.95. These are the basic repairs. And hope there is nothing else wrong. Now if you need rotors or drums its a additional cost. Front caliper hardware additional, rear drum hardware additional.

They take the price of parts (well their cost for parts most of the time you can get it cheap else where) and multiply it by 4. Then they add labor to it.
