Ripoff Joe Owner traded straight up, they sold montero and next day had no title for me

I traded my 98 montero for a95 cadi. I was told the title comes in 2 days. We did the paperwork and 2 days later my montero is sold and the cadi has no title. Coming in soon he says. Gets it he said gave it to my friend who lost it when bringing it to me. My friend says totally bs. Which we know. He has a copy probably hasn't paid for4 the car. Now 6 weeks going on. Called dmv again goonna be another 2-3 weeks. Rental cars are expensive and he will not give me anything. Says he has nothing i calll he says h*l call them again for the title. Just complete BS. Never accept the deal unless u actually see the title. Can't believe anyone nowadays. 4000.00 down the drain. Would love my money back.
He just blows me off.
