They have an unfair policy towards refunds on rv rental deposits

I went to Rent RV in Clackamas, OR two (2) weeks ago to rent an RV at the end of July. I gave them a deposit of $792.00. I called them to cancel on June 23. They said that they would not give me a penny back! Instead, I could get a credit towards a future rental. I cancelled because I needed the money for something else. It would have been nice if they offered me a percentage of that money. They got my money and they still have time to rent the RV. They suck! Be careful if you use them.
