They will contact you and promise to rent your getaway weeks, which are not able to be rented. They will either charge you $99 per week and promise that they will rent out within the next year or else they will refund the $99 per week. NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN REFUNDED!!! Either that or they will charge you $1,500.00 and promise to rent the first week in less than 2 weeks for anywhere from $1,000 to $500. Then 2 weeks later they send you a check for $500, saying that this is the proceeds of the first rental.in reality they only make $1000 off of you by basically refunding $500. The $500 check is not from a rental its your money in the first place, nothing ever rents.
