Ripoff, on do not call list, they called anyway, told me add would be posted the next day was not, incompetance, what a joke they are. Canada

I was solicited to place an add with them although I am on the national do not call list. The lady assured me the add would be online the next day (which was the Friday before labor day) and that I should submit a picture with name address, phone etc. Which I did. I made sure I was home all weekend.

It was not on there the next week when I checked. I called and they said it needed to be approved. I check a little while later and it was still not there. They gave me another run around. I Finally after a week and a half, the add showed up in the wrong category with no picture.

They assured me it would be the new category with a picture the next day. Still not there. I called and requested a refund because of their ineptness and wasting my time and not fulfilling their promise on the phone.

The manager, I believe his name is Chris would not give me a refund. He said it will run until the car is sold and that the 2 weeks did not matter. It mattered to me as I am moving and my time is valuable. I am going to pursue this with the authorities because not reputable business would lie like they did and have as many problems with an add and not issue a refund to the person they jacked around. I wish I would have found this report before they called me. What a joke they are.
