LIARS & Fruads will take your money and not refund

I was contacted by them like everyone else because they saw my add on autotrader. I looked into their money back guarantee and figured I had nothing to lose. Of course this was before I found this website.

They told me that they had three people already pre-approved and ready to buy. That I needed to be ready for one of them if not all of them to come look at my car the very next day. Of course no one ever called to come look at it. I did get one phone call from a lady calling me to see if they were a fraudulent company or not. This was about a week after my add went up I wish I knew then what I know now. I have never gotten another phone call.

I submitted everything just like they had ask to get my refund. I tried to email them for an update and continuely got a response from them saying that either my email was undeliverable or that they have been trying to contact me unsuccessfully and are giving up trying. Would be kind of funny that if they wanted to talk to me they could always use the phone. Plus the fact that no other person I know has had any problems emailing me.

So I finally got a response in the mail from them saying that my refund was postmarked 89 days after my add was posted and it needed to be 90 days so I wasn't going to get my refund. What makes me the maddest about this is I kept track of when my add went online and they conveneitly are saying it was two days later than when it really was so they can try to get out of paying. I have called them numerous times and can not get anyone to talk to me.

This company is a joke and should have to pay everyone back their money. It will probably never happen, but maybe people will stop falling for their lies.
