Terrible Service - bad operation manage

For starters, never try to rent a uhaul using the online reservations tools. My wife reserved our uhaul over three weeks in advance for our big move from Missoula, MT to Helena, MT, which is 120 miles apart. FOUR hours before we were planning on picking up the truck, a rep from uhaul calls and tells my wife they have only one truck available in Seeley Lake, 60 miles away. I scrambled to make another reservation with Budget and managed to get the truck I needed with only 3 hours notice. When I called uhaul to cancel my reservation and get the 50 dollars they claim to give if the truck is not available, I became even more angry about the customer service that I recieved. When I asked about the 50 dollars, the lady named Katrena in the Spokane regional office, told me that the 50 dollars only applied to confirmed orders, and that the confirmation number I had only requested a truck and was not guarenteed. At this point I was very angry that she was going to do nothing for me and the fact she was very rude in the process, and never once did she apologize that they did not have a truck available. When I confronted her about calling us four hours before we were supposed to pick up the truck, she told me she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up! I called back immediately and she answered, so I asked for a manager and she said her manager was on the phone and she would have her manager call me and hung up. Surprise, surprise, no call from her manager. I will never rent from uhaul again and I applaud Budget for having nicer trucks, a much more helpful staff, and a much better experience in general.
