California sells bad cars, ripoff liars

My name is joann villareal i have also been ripped off by ugly duckling, not only do i beleive there cars are salavaged as stated by another consumer but they are over priced, they dont even go by the blue book.

I bought a 1995 doge neon in april close to a year now. Well two weeks after i purchased the car the engine blew, then i requested a refund they refused.

They said they would repair it, the engine was replaced 3 times, in those three times it kept breaking down. Finally they replaced it with the correct engine. Which they probably took from another car on the lot.

I spent alot of time arguing and on there location. While i was there i noticed the mechanics would take parts from other cars and try to fit them in mine.

Other neons different years. I was lucky they replaced the engine and got it right. But then the radiator gave out and they replaced it also, along with an igntion coil.

They did do alot however it was not good enough. Istill have the car and am stillpaying for it. Today feb. 22,02 i have the car, but i need to replace the radiator again. The car is only worth about $1,200.00 dollars now according to the blue book, so icant even trade it in at another dealer. When i bought the car it was sold to me for a base price of $8,200.00 supposedly a discount.

Well that was only worth $3,000.00. I feel they ripp people off with bad credit who are trying to rebuild there credit. How they are still in business i dont know. The better business bureua doesnt help.

It's as though they overlook the situation instead of putting them out of business. I have also put in new tires and had my brakes replaced twice.in not even a year i've spent $4,000 dollars to much on this car.

People reading this dont even think about buying a car at ugly duckling. If you have bad credit go to a legit dealer like???
