Ugly Duckling ripoff ripoff business from hell

I bought a 1991 dodge shadow from ugly duckling in tampa florida dale mabry dr.

The car smoked and when you pressed on the brakes the complete engine moved.

There was a hole in the convertible top that the management refused to replace.

I consistently contacted these folks to get these items maintenanced and they would not fix any problems without me paying for them.

In may of 99 i voluntarily gave back the car after having put in a complete brake systems $1200.00 and a new convertible top.$1200.00.

The mechanic told me that water was in the engine causing the car to smoke.

Ugly duckling refused to pay for the maintenance. Then to top the scenerio off ugly duckling tacked $7000 on my credit report. I want my money back and credit wiped clean.
