Discriminates against women

I had carried AAA insurance for years. Opening the account myself, paying the premiums myself. But when my husband and I separated (pending divorce) and I saught to remove him from my insurance they said "no way". I took my complaint all the way to the Insurance Commission int he State of Missouri because.

1. The policy was in my name with a second person (my husband insured because we were married)

2. I had legal documents that stated I had no legal or financial association with my husband pending final disposition of our marriage.

3. The insurance was on my car, single owner, single name on the car loan. There was no reason for AAA to keep this mans name on my policy except for the fact that he is he and I am a she.

I was told the only way to chnge that was to cancel the policy.in order to stay with that company I did that only to have them tell me again that I had to put my husband on my policy because we were married. Come on, I didn't even live in the same house with him.

AAA used all kinds of excuses for their action but nothing will change the fact that AAA is a bias woman hating company and all women single and married need to cancel their insurance with them and tell them to come into the 2002 on the rights of women not to be harrased or made to feel like dirt because a stupid man abuses them and all a woman wants is to get away from them.

My finall comment to AAA was: "If I leave this man on my policy, he comes in and askes for a copy of the bill, (he can do that because his name is on the policy) learns my new address (because he doesn't know where I have moved to). Comes there and kills me, will AAA take care of my three children?

Of course they had no answer in their rule book for that... I report them because they are a bad company for women..
