Ripoff and overcharges

Crescent Bank and trust is a horrible bank. I only owe 279 dollar on my car. They sent me a statement saying I owe 375 dollars. Saying I been late 5 times and thats the interest rate and late fee for being late. When my payments was late I sent the late fees with it. They didn't metion it at time, until my last payment. I even call and ask them about it, why didn't it show the interst rates in my payments before that. I thank they
have been over charging me from the being and still trying to get more money out of me before I pay off my car. If anyone know a lawyer that would investgate this please let me know. This has gone on for too long.
