Ripoff sold me defective tires hollywood

I went to buy a set of new tires from Discount Tire Centers. I went to their Hollywood location remember to look out for Jonathan hage he call himself the top dog but he relly is just a dog. Anyway I peruchased my tires and less than a month in the same week one of my new tires from Discount Trie Centers was defective.

I asked Joanthan Hage to assist me since he is the store manager.insted of helping me he ignored me, gave me attitude like if we are beging him for free tiers. This guy has a real problem with customer service.

I was refused service and told to come back several times and till this day I have not been given a replacement. I paid lots of money and this is the treatment we get as customers, so remember NOT to go to discount tire centers if you need tires.
