Sold me a brand new car at a brand new price that they wrecked! Ripoff!

I just took my mini van in for some minor, cosmetic work to be done before the bumper to bumper warranty expires. It's a 2002 Nissan Quest that I paid almost $30,000 for in December.

Everything that was wrong I got an argument from the service guy. Drivers side door panel is discolored, he told me it was from dirty arms being rested on there even though it is the whole door and not just the top, I took it to an auto detailer that told me it was definitely a manufactures defect and they need to replace the panel.

The side door rattles really loud, he rolled his eyes at that one but said they would fix it. The front bumper has clear coat peeling off, first he tried to tell me it was from rocks hitting it and damaging the paint, I disagreed and asked for someone else to look at it. The body shop guy came and said it had been wrecked, he said he could see where it was sanded and the paint didn't even match, at that point the service guy told me that I had to take it to whoever fixed it... This car has never been wrecked, I asked for someone else.

The manager for the service department came out, I have got to say he was really nice and seemed to be the only competent one there. He verified that there was body work done on the front, after I told him it never happened and I was the original owner he had someone run the VIN, came back as wrecked before we bought it, on the lot!

They fixed it there and never said anything to us before we bought it, if they would have I would have gone with a different van or at the very least asked for a huge discount. Is there anything I can do about this? I really feel taken advantage of, they will fix it but not without a fight and I bought a wrecked car at a new price!

Where the door panel is discolored, service guy denied the repair saying it was dirt that would come off with simple green. Tried it and it didn't budge, took it to a detailer and he confirmed it is a manufacturers defect and needs replaced.
