They Sold Me a Used 2007 Hyundai Elantra that had been Wrecked when they bought it from Auction

I bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra from Easy Auto Sales in Washington, Utah in Nov. 28 My Wife asked Cole the so called salesman if the car had been wrecked? After he mentioned it had a bumper cover replaced and painted because it was cracked. He said he did not think the car had been wrecked but, he would ask the owner his father inlaw. We later asked as our financing came through for the vechicle. He assured us the car had not been wrecked.

Several days after buying this vehicle my father inlaw came over to see the car and noticed some things cosmetically wrong (many alignment problems)
having worked for a ford dealer body shop for over 10 years and state farm as an insurance adjuster
he told me the vehicle had been in a collision and showed me that the radiator etc. Had been replaced and other signs of bondo, Repaint etc.

We tracked down the body guy who had done the work on this car and he hesitantly explained that the company had bought it at auction wrecked and had him do the repairs which he said he had not yet completed before they had placed it on the lot for sale.

Cole who proclaimed an innocent salesman is in fact a co-owner of Easy Auto sales One of the known co-owners (brother inlaw) himself told us Cole was one of his business partners in Easy Auto Sales. (later in other conversation)

We tried to resolve the problem with the broken headlights and the parts that had been replaced aligned correctly. They gave us a warranty that stated the car would be fixed to the best of the bodyshops ability. The body shop replaced the headlight and missing hood insulation and said the body panels could not be adjusted any better. My father inlaw and other body shops say it can be fixed but easy auto sales is not willing to finish the work or have another body shop do the work. Thay all knew this car was wrecked. What a web of lies!

Meanwhile I have a $15,000 car that has frontend body alignment problems. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE A JUNK DEALER! We have notified many state and local agencies and hope to get this solved Fast. CARFAX Showed it had not been wrecked (no reported)
I have contacted many others that have been done the same way from easy Auto Sale in Washington Utah.

My friend who is related to them was suppose to get $100.00 for referring me and me buying a car. It has been a month and he has not received a dime. So their word is NO GOOD! Even when family in involved. AMAZING!

UTAH IS A BUYER BEWARE STATE
AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR
you will end up just like me SCREWED.
