Ripoff dodged calls, damaged my car

I took my car to Automotive Consignment to have them sell it. At first they were very nice and polite. As the 30 day contact neared its end, and there were still no interested parties, they began to dodge our calls. We finally reached them and set up a time to pick up the car.

When we arrived, it was plain to see that the car had either been hit or ran in to something. When I confronted the manager she told me, "I know it is frustrating when you come to pick up your car and have forgotten that you wrecked it, but there's nothing we can do."

In an attempt to give her the benefit of the doubt, I returned to my car. Upon further inspection the front bumper had several deep gashes and the drivers side of the car had numerous scratches going down the side.

When I looked at the cars on either side of mine, one had a golf ball sized dent and the other was missing the small circular mirror on the right side.
