Lies about reporting to credit bureaus destroys your credit

This company nearly repossesed my vehicle early 2004 becuase of late payments. I was late, so this is to be understood that they would try to take my car. I wont even go into the manner in which they treated me. Read the other usacomplaints.com on this post to see how they are. They even harrased and intimidated my children, my co-workers, and so on. At least 25 calls a day to my home and work. Profanity, insults, you name it, they did it to me. Thats in the past. I am on time now, over a year. The harassment has stopped.

My BIGGEST complaint in all of this is that now that I refinanced with them and have made all of my payments on time PROUDLY for a year now, I find that they no longer report to the credit bureaus as they LIE and tell everyone. They use "credit rebuilding" as a selling point for going with their company. They quit reporting early per one of the employees I contacted via telephone. I ran all three of my credit bureaus and found that they still show my old loan open, reporting lates. No where to be found is my new, on time every month loan. They have, and continue to, destroy my credit I have worked tooth and nail to fix. Now I dont know if I can buy the home I have worked towards purchasing for the last year.

My complaints fall on deaf ears @ Drive Financial. This has caused me much pain and suffering. I am so upset over this. They claimed when I inquiried about this that they are doing a "test" by not reporting. Testing what? I have worked over ten years in the lending business and know damn well how important creditworthiness is. And they have destroyed mine. I am at a loss, so upset. How will I buy a house, a new car, anything?

I wonder if ANYONE can help? They cant get away with this!!!
