Ripoff More of the same... Dishonesty, extortion, etc

I am now at the point to where I feel total disdain for this company. I bought one car (99 concorde) from them in had problems with that care from the very beginning and the manager at the dealership gave me the run around, promising to fix the problem. I ended up escalating it to the corporate level to get the issue resolved.
I recently was in an accident and totaled the car that I purchased with them.

My insurance paid the blue book value of the car, which left a balance for me to pay. They do not offer gap insurance, but claim they offer a total loss program where in if you purchase another vehicle through them, they will show your prior vehicle as paid off... This is a lie.

The only way your car will show paid (if they actually report it to the credit burea) is if you pay off the remaining balance. The insurance program is designed where you are supposed to be able to pay $200 to get into a new car. Leaving alot of details out, I ended up paying $2K to get into another car (that had problems when I bought, but was available with the money I had to put down).

I haven't had this car (2001 grand am) for 30 days and already am having problems with it. I have called the dealership, advised them of the problem, called the corporate office and was referred back to the dealership.
I told the manager that I would just like to give the car back and get my money back, that is when he informed me that if I do that, I will have a repo on my credit, not only for this car but for my previous car as well.
I told him I would make sure that did not happen as I would at least pay the balance of the old loan in full. Now how do they claim, my old car will show as paid off once I purchase another car with them, but all of a sudden it will be a repo?

Drivetime has changed drastically within the last 18 months, they have changed their colors from blue/yellow to green and white. They have changed their name and even some of their staff.

... But underneath it all, they are still UGLY DUCKLING!
